A short weekly plan with an AI assistant
Each Monday, AI turns your task list and calendar into a realistic week with the three most important things first.
| Time saved | a few hours a week (our estimate*) |
|---|---|
| Setup | 20 minutes |
| Cost | $0 to $20 a month |
| Skill | No tech skills |
| Tools | Any calendar plus a chat assistant |
The steps
- On Monday morning, write down everything on your mind in one list. Do not sort it.
- Paste the list and your meetings for the week into the chat assistant with the prompt below.
- Put the three most important tasks on your calendar as appointments with yourself.
- Move or delete anything the assistant marks as "not this week".
- On Friday, ask the assistant what slipped and why, and adjust next week.
Copy this prompt
Here is everything on my mind and my meetings this week. Pick the three tasks that would make the biggest difference to profit or peace of mind. Fit them into open time. Mark anything that can wait as "not this week" and anything someone else could do as "hand off".
Replace anything in [brackets] with your own details. Always read AI output before you send it.
