AI for Busy Owners is operated by IncredAgents LLC. This policy explains what we collect through aiforbusyowners.com and the Weekly 3 newsletter. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for the Weekly 3. It is stored with our email provider, Resend, and used only to send the newsletter and related notices.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, processed by Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. We do not run advertising trackers.
• Messages you send us, kept as long as needed to answer them.

How we use it

To run the site and newsletter, keep them secure, comply with law and answer requests. We never sell your personal data, rent it, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting, security, logs). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Unsubscribing

Every Weekly 3 email has an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribes promptly, and within 10 business days at most, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires.

Retention

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own policy.

Your choices and state privacy rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Residents of California, Oregon and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights. Write to the address below; we may need to confirm your identity.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
